My husband had horrid retention and nothing was offered other than catheters. I found Golden State Urology locally and Dr Sethi did a cystoscopy... and a urolift but infection with the catheter would not go away. Dr. Sorbera placed a supra pubic catheter and the infection stopped. My husbands bladder responded well and this catheter was removed and he remains catheter free today.
